How long can I make a return & what does it cost?
You have 14 days to make a return (valid from the day you received your order). All you need to do is request a return label, inform us and send it back to us within 14 days. The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. The return fee for standard packages is 199:-.
What happens to my package if I don't pick it up?
All packages delivered to a UPS access point are held for 7 calendar days. If the package is not picked up within that time, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and we will charge a fee of 199 SEK for the return.
How long does the refund take?
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time we have booked your return. It may take a few more days for the money to reach your account depending on your bank. You will receive a return confirmation by email as soon as we have received your return.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?
